Iresiphi ye-Indian Meatballs kanye neChutney
Ama-Meatballs ngokuvamile aziwa ngokuthi amaKebabs phakathi kwamaNdiya aseNingizimu Afrika. I-kebab chutney iwukudla okusheshayo okuthandwayo okuphakelwa ku-roti roll noma nelayisi ezindaweni eziningi zokudlela zokudla zamaNdiya zaseThekwini. Ama-kebabs angenziwa futhi nge-soya mince ukubhekela abangayidli inyama. Zilungiselelwe ngezinongo eziningi, okwenza kube isidlo saseNdiya esibabayo. IKebabs ingatholakala futhi ithengiswa ezitolo ezinkulu zasendaweni, zilungisiwe futhi zahlanganiswa. Imvamisa zilungiswa ekhaya futhi azithathi isikhathi eside ukuzilungiselela. Azikho izikhathi ezikhethekile zokulungiselela ama-kebabs kepha zivame ukulungiswa njengokudla okuyisisekelo emindenini yamaNdiya.
Izithako zeKebabs
- 500g we- minced lamb (ground meat of choice)
- 1 ihlumela le-thyme
- Amaqabunga ama-5 eminti
- Ama-sprigs ama-2 anyanisi wasentwasahlobo
- 1 ihlumela le-coriander esanda kusikwa
- ½ anyanisi osikiwe kahle
- 1 ithisipuni le-ginger elixutshiwe ne-garlic paste
- 1 iqanda elishaywe kahle
- ¼ inkomishi yezimvuthu zesinkwa
- 50g we-soya mince (cwilisa inyama egayiwe emanzini ashisayo ize ithambe futhi kube lula ukuyiphatha kodwa ungakuvumeli ukuthi kugcwale amanzi)
- Ingcosana kasawoti ukunambitha
- 1 ithisipuni chilli powder
- 2 amathisipuni we-curry powder oshisayo oxubile
- ¼ isipuni se-turmeric powder
- 1 ½ amathisipuni we-cumin oxubene ne-coriander powder
- 2 upelepele ohlaza okotshani, oqoshiwe
Izithako zeChutney
- 6 ujamu utamatisi kashizi
- 1 anyanisi ogayiwe
- 2 upelepele oluhlaza uqhekeke ngobude
- 1½ amathisipuni we-chilli powder
- ¼ isipuni se-coriander ehlanganisiwe kanye ne-cumin powder
- Ingcosana yempuphu ye-turmeric
- Usawoti ukunambitha
- Ingcosana yezinhlamvu zesinaphi
- Amafutha
- Amaqabunga ama-curry ama-3
- 2 Ama-sprigs kanyanisi oqoshiwe
Indlela yokwenza ikebab
Hlanganisa i-mince, i-ginger negalikhi, i-thyme, i-mint eqoshiwe, u-anyanisi, usawoti, i-chilli powder, ikhumini ne-coriander powder, i-curry powder eshisayo ne-turmeric powder. Hlanganisa izithako kahle ukuqinisekisa ukuthi kukhona nokusatshalaliswa. Faka i-soya mince encane noma ngabe iyisidlo senyama (kuya ngomuntu) iqanda elishaywe kaahle, izimvuthu zesikwa ukwakha inhlama eqinile njengenhlanganisela. Yenza inhlanganisela ibe ngamabhola wesayizi webhola legalufu ngeminwe. Thosa noma ubhake uze uqede. Beka eceleni ukupholisa
Ukulungiselela ichutney katamatisi
Fudumeza amafutha ebhodweni. Faka u-anyanisi ogayiwe, u-anyanisi wasentwasahlobo, i-thyme, upelepele o-1 osikiwe, amaqabunga ama-curry ama-2, imbewu yesinaphi i-sprig ngayinye yeminti ne-anyanisi wasentwasahlobo. Vumela ukubila kuze kube u-anyanisi eba sobala noma onsundu. Hlanganisa i-chilli powder, i-turmeric powder, ikhumini ne-coriander powder. Linda imizuzwana embalwa bese ufaka utamatisi, onion u-anyanisi ogayiwe, u-anyanisi, usawoti bese usika upelepele oluhlaza. Imisa bese upheka i-chutney kuze kube yilapho utamatisi uncibilikile. Faka u-¼ isipuni sikashukela ukuze unciphise ukunambitheka kwe-esidi katamatisi uhlanganise kahle. Ekugcineni gpqoza iKebab bese uhlobisa nge-coriander. Ungayidla no-roti.
