English Summary
In the olden days people that were better off than others in the community will share their livestock with those who are poor by giving them a cow and a bull. These cattle were the full responsibility of the person that received them. It was important to inform the dipper about the process and also to inform induna. There was no set time to keep these cattle, they were returned when they have multiplied and the receiver will only return the two cattle that he was given. But some people will give more as a sign to show their appreciation. If it happens that one cow dies while in possession of the receiver, there was no need for him to pay for it. And the dipper should be given liver of that cattle. The dipper kept all the records of the livestock of that area.
