Njengoba kade sidingida ngemvununulo kanye nokuhluka kwayo, ngikubone kungesibo ubulungiswa ukuthi ngilobe ngemvunulo yengodosi, yamantombazane, eyomntwana omncane kanye neyamatshitshi kuphela. Ingakho ke ngingeke ngikhethe iphela emasini ngishiye imvunulo yabesilisa engizoyihlukanisa ngezigaba zayo nayo njengoba ngenze kule eminye imibhalo emayelana nemvunulo yesintu.
Umfana noma umkhapheyana indlela akahloba ngayo ihlukile kuneyendoda kanye neyezingwazi, umkhapheyana usikelwa ibheshu ngubaba wakhe engakaqali ngisho ukwelusa, esengaphansi kweminyaka emihlanu noma emine. Uma eyizibulo kusikwa isibhodiya sikamawakhe ukumakhela ibheshu, okuthi uma seliqala ukumqina usikelwa elenyamazame ikakhulukazi elempunzi noma lisikwe embuzini lelo bheshu akazovunula ngalo.

Lelibheshu eligqokwa umfana lihambisana nesinene sona esifakwa ngaphambili, isinene sakhiwa ngaso isikhumba senyamazane njengebheshu kodwa sona siyaphicwa sibe imigqa noma imigxa emikhulu.
Uma esekhulile umfana noma eseqathile nezwi lakhe selishintshile, uyakhishwa exhibeni likadadewabo, ephumele elawini lakhe akakhelwe lona asezolala kulo. Njengoba sike sathi ukuthinta kancane endabeni yobuhlalu, ngithi angikubeke kucace ukuthi umfana ongaqonyiwe akabugqoki ubuhlalu uma esayoqomisa noma eyoshela kodwa kuba useqonyiwe ogqoka ubuhlalu abuthola ezintombini.
Umfana uyahloba futhi ngegojela, uphaphe lwenyoni olusho inhlanhla. Loluphaphe luthathwa enyonini ebizwa ngekhunatha. Umfana ke akahambi nhlobo ngezandla ngoba lokho kutshengisa ubuvaka, kodwa uphatha umshiza noma induku yakhe.

A young boy wears ibheshu, which is a material made up of duiker or goat skin, ibheshu was worn accompanied by isinene which is also made up of the same material. Young boys are not allowed to wear beads unless they have reached the stage of courtship and have a girlfriend, the other way for them to have beads to wear on their arms and also on the legs was when their older brother was getting married on which the young boy receives bead work from the bride as a gift. The other material worn by a boy is a bird feather called igojela. This leaf conveys a figurative message of luck and fortune and is worn as a crown on the boy’s head.
