I-Resiphi YesiJingi

Isijingi isidlo esinomsoco futhi esinambithekayo. Lesi sidlo ungasipheka imizuzu eyishumi nambili nje kuphela kudle abantu abahlanu uma ulandelise ngaleresiphi. Qinisekisa ukuthi usebenzisa izitsha ezihlanzekile ukuze uvikele amagciwane.

Ukwenza

  1. Cwecwa ithanga lonke mese uyaliqoba libe yizikwele ezincane.
  2. Lahla amakhasi ethanga kanye nezihlamvu ezitholakala esiswini sethanga. Washa izikwele zethanga ngamanzi ompompi noma abandayo. Kulokhu ungasebenzisa isisefo selayisi.
  3. Faka ithanga eliyizikwele ebhodweni, uqikelele ukuthi ushiya isikhala samanzi.
  4. Emva kwalokho faka amanzi ebhodweni elinethanga kodwa uqikelele ukuthi amanzi ayaligqiba kancane ithanga.
  5. Beka isitofu ku-4 mese uyalinda imizuzu eyishumi libile ithanga lize liqale ukuthamba.
  6. Ngenkathi usalinde ithanga ukuthi libile, faka impuphu enkomishini ibe uhhafu mase ugcwalise inkomishi ngamanzi abandayo. Goqoza ngenhloso yokuhlanganisa amanzi nempuphu ukuze impuphu ingabi amagaqanga.
  7. Emva kwemizuzu eyishumi, yehlisa isitofu usibeke ku-2.
  8. Uma ithanga selibilile futhi usuqinekisile ukuthi lithambile, ligoqoze ulihlanganise.
  9. Emva kokuhlanganisa ithanga, faka i-teaspoon kasawoti ugoqoze mase ulandelisa ngezipuni eziyisithupha zikashukela. Landelisa ngokuthela impuphu egoqoziwe namanzi.
  10. Goqoza izithako zakho, uzihlanganise, ugoqoze kuze kuphele amagaqanga. Loku kugoqoza kungakuthatha imizuzu emibili.
  11. Uma izithako zakho sezihlangane, cima isitofu mase uyalinda ukuthi kuphole ukudla kwakho.

Lesi isidlo sasemini esingadinge ukuthakwa nalutho. Simnandi uma sishisa kodwa siyadleka uma noma sesibanda. Ukuze singaboli ungasibeka efrijini.
