On my mother’s side
The first person of our family from my mother’s side is my grand, grandmother, she is Abigail Bongiwe Sibiya. She was born at Emanzimtoti Hospital in 1912 October 18 unfortunately she passed away. My grandfather’s name is Winfred Majola and he is just a single father to. They have 3 children their names are Thokozani, Vincent and Mfanafuthi, they all grew up at Ozwathini {emakhaya} eating Zulu food amadumbe, bhatata, isigwaqane, isitambu etc.
Thokozani has 3 children that is, Sipho, Bongi and Nomusa. Vincent has 1 child Nothando, but she passed away and Mfanafuthi has no children. Then comes to my grandmother, Thokozani Philis Mngadi, (Mandlokovu, Ngema, Ntusi yenkomo, Mnyaba, Nene, Sthenjwa, Myabazela, Wena owafuya izingwe nezingonyama) she was also born at Emanzimtoti and she is 69 this year, she is just a single mother who has 3 children: Bongi, Nomusa and Sipho.
Bongi has 6 children Sfiso, Sanele, Skhona, Gugu, Makhosi and Ayanda. Nomusa has 2 children Londeka and Senzo but Londeka passed away in 2004. Sipho has 3 children Smangele, Thandeka and Sbusiso. The grandmother’s children were all born in Applesboch Hospital. Unfortunately Sipho passed away in 1990 August 25. They all grew up on the farm, they were keeping animals like cows, goats, chickens, etc.
As a result my grandmother gave birth to my lovely mother, Bongi Charity Mngadi. She was born at Applesboch Hospital in 1970, May 03. She has 6 children. She firstly gave birth to a son named Sfiso Mngadi. The last child was named Ayanda who was born in 2004, then my mother got married on the 26th of December 2010 and she became part of the Radebe family.
My father’s side
My father’s name is Phikelela Sthembiso Radebe. He was born in 1971 October. He has 4 brothers and 3 sisters, the brothers are Sphiwe, Philani, Africa and Sho, his sisters are Nobuhle, okulunga, Sindi, unfortunately some of them passed away. They all grew up on the farm eating the Zulu food, some of them have children.
Philani has 1 child and it is a girl, her name is Nothando, then Africa has 1 child Asanda, Sho has also has 1 child Nkosi, then my father Phikelela has 4 children Skhona, Gugulethu, Makhosi,and Ayanda. The sisters all have kids Nobuhle (none) Nukulunga has 1 kid Sbonelo, Sindi has 2 kids Yavist and Kiara.
