Last Friday the Ulwazi team headed out to Hammarsdale to launch the Ulwazi Schools’ Project with students from Amatshezulu High School. Project leader Betsie Greyling introduced the programme to the students, highlighting how the research and ICT skills they learnt through the project would become very useful as they moved into tertiary education or careers. Mabusi, the project mentor, then ran through the themes they would be researching over the next couple of months and the tasks they would be required to do. The students seemed eager to get started and up for the challenge – we wish them the best of luck!

No Sphelele, but you will be able to research and write stories, and be able to use a browser to publish your articles to the Internet.
