English Summary
Like every household with rules, a district also has rules to be followed by its people. In this article we look at the naming and differentiating of each household because most houses have identical surnames, as well as rules to be followed by visitors in the district or valley. For instance, in a valley when a family is expecting a visitor they should inform the leader of the community of such visit prior to the arrival of that person. On the day of arrival they should also inform the leader that the visitor arrived safely, the next morning that person should report to the leader of the community who then ask about the reason of the visit and the duration of their stay.
