As we celebrate Human Rights Day today in commemoration of the Sharpeville Massacre that took place some fifty-eight years ago, have a listen to the words of the learners from Inanda Seminary as they ‘celebrate humanity’. As the first boarding school for young African women, the Seminary was one of the few schools in South Africa where black children could receive a quality education during the years of apartheid. The Seminary has always fought for the dignity and respect of all South Africans and continues to do so today.
