English Summary
In a family when there is a terminally ill person, the family can do a ceremony to ask the ancestors to put that person to rest. A goat or a chicken is slaughtered and the sick person eats a piece of meat or drink its soup. There are cases where the request comes from the sick person and the family can then slaughter, but it depends on the personality of that individual. If the patient is perceived as rude and corrupt the family must keep it a secret what the slaughtering is about, otherwise the patient will not co-operate and eat the meat or drink the soup. This depended on each family belief.

There are things that the family is prohibited to do when there is a terminally sick person, for example building a house. There are many reasons that can cause someone not to die when they are supposed to be dead, for instance the love of their livestock. The sick person will be worried about who is going to look after the livestock when he is gone and the family should tell him that they will look after everything very well. And if it is a corrupt person he/she might request that the family calls a family meeting and they will ask for forgiveness from people that they have hurt. It is believed that after eating the meat the sick person will die shortly after that ceremony.
